Geneos, 5:00 PM on 7/11/09

OK---schedules have been crazy, but we have a reservation at Geneos Pizza for next weekend. We will be in the bar area I believe but can get food, drink, whatever....

There are people saying they will not be coming at a quick rate, so I wanted to make sure to get this up for everyone that may be looking for it!

I will call next week to see if there is a time for a SFX walk through for sometime before the Geneos reservation time.

Copeland has contacted Bodreaux's

And looks like we have a table reserved in the upper level of the back room (I am not sure what this means). I am getting some confirmation on costs (going with a heavy appetizer selection) and will post from there.

Still having no luck with Saint Francis getting back to me in regard to a tour of the school...

Again---7/11 in the evening and I will confirm time soon!!!!

Now the Where???

OK---So far here are the ideas that have been thrown around:

1. Picnic at Krug Park - Would be a potluck that each person would bring something on their own. It will take a lot of planning on this one to get the site, etc and would require a back up weather plan.
2. Reserve the Marti Gras room at Boudreaux's and negotiate a per/head heavy app/dinner and cash bar.

I think those are the only options out there right now...anyone have any other ideas or prefer one over the other?

Putting up a poll to see if people would want to visit the old brick house to see how tiny everything is...Does anyone know if the convent is still there?

The date is set JULY 11, 2009!!!

Some of the options on FaceBook drive me a bit crazy, so I will use this as the way to communcate about the reunion.

First things first-- here is the proposed date July 11, 2009.

Still working out where this will happen, but if we could have indoors we avoid the back up plan for weather that would be needed for an outdoor event.
